[Kmymoney] Feature request: piggy banks

I currently do this manually using an unprocessed scheduled payment set to
once and currently scheduled for Jan 1st 2014, but any past date will do.

It has a source account of there the cash is currently, then I add
additional splits to the schedule each time I wish to top it up.

The destination of those splits are currently a savings account, but I
originally targeted a zero balance cash account.

This way it shows as a single scheduled outgoing payment. It does not
impact any live balances, so each account shows the current current total.

Ledgers do however show by scrolling beyond the scheduled items, exactly
how much clear cash I have when my saving budget is accounted for.

The only limitation I have encountered to date is that reconciliation means
I have to manually check for missing scheduled payment, as I will always
get a notification that there is one.
