[Kmymoney] KMyMoney Encryption on Windows

Hi,

Did you install KMyMoney 4.6.4 using this [1] installer?
Can you post the output of the following command?

gpg --version

It should be something like this:

gpg (GnuPG) 2.0.22 (Gpg4win 2.2.1)
libgcrypt 1.5.3
Copyright (C) 2013 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
License GPLv3+: GNU GPL version 3 or later <http://gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html>
This is free software: you are free to change and redistribute it.
