[Kmymoney] Report "Budgeted vs. Actual"

Hello Michael,
the changes will be available when there is a new release. We don't expect
a  4.6.5, so you'll have to wait for a future 4.7.

This is true for any fix, distros don't usually patch packages. Instead,
they wait for new releases.
