[Kmymoney] How to add online account

Thank you the response. It gave the log that I was looking for. I compared
it MoneyDance log. It looks like MoneyDance is sending account number and
some other fields that kmymoney is not sending.

Now trying to find a way to send ofx command similar to what MoneyDance is
sending. I am already tried the manual entry and that's not working.
