[Kmymoney] Is KMyMoney still being ported to Windows?

4.6.3 was released very recently, so it probably just hasn't been  
ported to KDE Windows yet.  I think it's just a matter of timing.  I  
don't know of any reason it would have been dropped from inclusion.
