[Kmymoney] Problems importing CSV files

Possibly nothing!  It does import correctly here, on a very quick check. 
  However, I may have misled you.  I'm actually using Git head, not 
4.6.2.  I need to see where the fix actually came in.

Sorry about that, but there is definitely a fix somewhere.  I'll get 
back to you.
