You are right, that dialog is not under KMyMoney jurisdiction :) it's
actually KHTML's print dialog. I'm sure you can make that setting
persistent if you would like somewhere in the system printer settings
or in Konqueror's printer settings. It would be better to ask on the
KDE forums [1] about this (howto make the Konqueror's HTML printer
settings persistent). Anyway it's good that we have a solution to the
problem if this question would be raised again.
