[Kmymoney] kmymoney on KDE SC 4.5? Or: how to build the kmm_kbanking4 plugin?

Which AqBanking version are you using?

Also, can you run the AqBanking manager on its own? If so, perhaps
it's a problem on the AqBanking side.
