[Kmymoney] kmymoney on KDE SC 4.5? Or: how to build the kmm_kbanking4 plugin?

Hello Jorg,
I run KMyMoney on KDE 4.5, as some others do.
If you download the release tarball from kmymoney.org, the source for
the plugin is included in it.

To build the plugin successfully, you need to have the AqBanking
development headers too. (versions 4.22 to 4.99?) In that case, the
build scrip will build the plugin automatically.

I don't use AqBanking myself yet, but I have the packages and it
builds correctly.

BTW, we made sure it would build on 4.5 before releasing. We even
found a bug that got corrected right before the release. :)

Regards,
Alvaro
