I pulled the .po file for pt_BR from the 4.8.0 release tarball, and I don't see
any obvious corruption.  The translation for "All" is "Todas."  I can't test
this on my own machine, since I have it set to not install languages.  I will
see if I can try it on Windows - as I suppose this could also be a Windows
specific issue.
