Joe, Please continue to raise a new bug report for this, but have a look 
at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347166, Comment # 15, last 
paragraph.

I submitted a patch for this bug nearly six months ago, but this has got 
stuck in Reviewboard.  Subsequently, Jack and I noticed what appears to 
resemble your problem and I did more investigating.  What I now have 
here appears to fix your problem, but because of the time lapse, I will 
need to do more checking, as my brain capacity does extend that far back.
