OFX/QIF brokerage import or online banking update

Hi Joe

Would you raise a bug report for this please, and indicate what revision 
of KMM you are on.

Also, leaving aside the import aspect, would you try making the same 
change on a manually entered transaction.

If that too displays the same issue, please omit from the bug report the 
reference to importing as it could mislead others.
