OFX/QIF brokerage import or online banking update

Post postscript.
The last line of my last email should have read -
"need to do more checking, as my brain capacity doesn't extend that far 
back."

Also, looking again at the Reviewboard entry, I do appear to have 
updated my patch to include the Dividend editing issue.

Never-the-less, I need to recheck the whole thing.
