Yes, that's a problem, I'm afraid.  You have the latest version of KMM, 
but the csv plugin is still the old one.  KDE looks in the one place, I 
think, and it's finding the old one.

You'll need to deinstall the old KMM via the package manager, then 
reinstall the new one.  You've probably got the new version in your 
build environment, but it's not worthwhile trying to copy it across.
