I also have version 1.23. I downloaded it once the script was committed to SVN 
and I wanted to run it when I made changes.

A standard version would be good to limit the number of huge formatting 
patches, however the version should probably come up for discussion every so 
often, so that we are not too far behind any astyle updates.
