It is in fact an AqBanking problem (the fact that you see the same with
qbankmanager somehow proofs that). This dialog is not even part of the
KBanking plugin but pure AqBanking (the Qt-Frontend part of it).
The right place to ask for help in this case would be on
aqbanking-user at lists.aqbanking.de (not that we don't like you here but
sending the information to the right people would speed up things). The list
mentioned is largely used in German which should make it easy for you to use.
