Good point. I'll think of a way to add that to the formulation. Keep in mind, though, that this is a legal document, not a mission statement. It's already broad enough that documentation and education can be seen as part of 

"offering supporting facilities to active users and developers of the
application Krita"

but lets make it more explicit.
