Krita Foundation Statutes

Hello Boud!,

It all looks good.
One humble observation: since one of the goals is spreading the usage of
the application, maybe a point along the lines of educating the users and
developers of the software Krita, i.e. through documentation, could be
added.

But it looks good as is.
