Design proposal for the tool actions scheduler for Krita

Hi, All!

Looks like I've finished the design of all the four systems. During the last
iteration I had to change the Strokes Framework a bit to allow it to be
serialized for actions recording. I've fixed diagrams on the wiki
accordingly.
