Design proposal for the tool actions scheduler for Krita

Hi again!

I've just added a design description of NonTool Actions framework. Yes, all
the actions like changing the size or the colorspace of the image will
become threaded as well.

Btw, it looks like the names of the classes are not really good. Its very
difficult to create new classes based on them. Maybe, you can think up some
idea how to rename them, can't you?


PS:

Now, the last part of the system is left to design. It is the action
recording part. =)
