If I understand correctly your idea, it could be implemented with a 
shell/python/ruby/... script calling koconverter.

However, I am not convinced that "batch" processing is really where Krita 
shines. Also, in the current implementation of the file filter, it is not 
possible to have option on the command line for filters, but that is something 
that I want to fix in the future. (but post 2.2, possibely 2.3 or 2.4)
