Brush spacing / rotate / scale

I was thinking about something similar. Maybe a 'freehand stroke path' 
would be good? (Shift constraint gives you a 'quick' version for H/V 
lines, for more complicated stuff having to create a path should be fine.)

Sounds like an idea for the TODO list though :-).
