Just checking on the todo's

I know of a couple of big todo's and I am not feeling comfortable not knowing 
whether we're going to make it... So I'd like a status update on the 
following

* Bird's eyeview: image is shown in wrong place and functionality isn't done.

* Transform (scale/rotate/shear/mirror + tool). (Casper)

* Exif in jpeg and tiff. (Cyrille)

* Adjustment layers. (Boudewijn) Status: I just need to finish the loading 
code for the perchannel filter and then all filters need to be tested. That's 
a big job :-(.

* Part layers (Bart)

And here are the current assigned todo's, sorted by person:

?  * The nameserver is only initialized when you first add a layer, leading to 
duplicate layer names
?  * Use the right profile and colorspace when loading layers. The code in 
kis_load_visitor.h is commented out

?  * update the plugin .desktop and plugin loader required versions (and maybe
