Palette font size

I changed that because many people complained about illegible palettes: If 
the font size doesn't change when changing the setting on restarting Krita, 
then I've probably got a bug to fix.

Probably not: there have been some changes in Krita libraries, and if you 
remove everything that sounds like krita from the lib and lib/kde3 directory 
(or wherever it is installed) and do a make install again, then everything 
should work.
