Crop Tool

Hi,

I finished working on the crop tool UI and it works now the same way as in the 
gimp

* the upper left and lower right handle let you resize the selection
* the upper right and the lower left handle let you move the selection

But there are some TODOS:

* The handles do not work when the canvas is zoomed.
* Cropping two times gives strange results. It looks like some of the image 
properties are set incorrectly when crop is used for the first time
* The nice shadow that gimp draws around the selected area is not there:-( But 
I suppose this has to wait until Qt4
