mirror and extents

I've written mirror X and mirror Y for KisPaintDevice, and both seem to work
pretty well. I especially like the way MirrorY can make use of the oldRawValue
and rawValue methods. However, they mirror the entire extent of the layer, and
that gives very funny results, because a layer will almost always extend 
beyone the image right and bottom when it's from an imported image. Anyway, 
enough for today. I hope to tackle fixing shear and rotate tomorrow.
