KisID

[Boudewijn Rempt]

I've added a class, KisID that combines a language independent identification 
string together with a i18n'able string for user interfaces. Using this id
for things like color models and filters will make our files portable across
localized versions of Krita because we no longer use the user-visible names
of resources to save files.

Together with this, I've added a special combobox that can be used to select 
identifiable items from KisGenericRegistry based resource registries (instead 
of trying to find something by the user-visible string as before).
