Some issues with the polyline and polygon tools

I just looked at KisPainter and there is actually a polyline drawing 
routine:-( But as far as I can see, it does not support different bruses, so 
I think it is better to use the normal line function to draw polylines.

I hope I have some time tomorrow to modify the polygon tool, so that it is 
consistent with the one from Kolourpaint.
