Filters fixed

I've fixed all our filters to use selections and to not crash, except for two:

* custom convolution -- this one crashes on some floating point exception. I 
cannot seem to find the culprit.
* digikam-based emboss filter -- this one does literally nothing. I'm not sure 
why, but we've already got some other emboss filters. What does this one add 
to the others?
