I'm not sure about dropping the Qt tablet events -- no doubt Adrian can
enlighten us -- but Debian is one the very few distributions that doesn't
compile tablet support into Qt. SuSE, does, for instance.
In fact, I only discovered that this morning, and I've been recompiling qt
myself. I'll contact the packagers of Qt to ask them to include tablet
support in the future.
