I would prefer to focus first on making the behavior good out of the box so we
don't need a config option that affects just the context menu actions. Adding
that would still annoy everyone who doesn't know about the option's existence,
which would be most people. We can always add one later if our efforts to
improve the default settings run into unavoidable issues.
