Would be nice, but to be honest, I'm not sure there is any better default than
"follow arks option" right now, the one you described imho isn't, simply
because it will act inconsistently depending on whether it extracts to the
current folder or create a or multiple sub folders. Then I'd rather default to
"not open anything at all", since you never specified you want to open a file
manager, only for files to be extracted.
