IMHO Ark options should change the behavior of Ark and Dolphin options should
change the behavior of Dolphin. Regardless Dolphin is using Ark under the hood,
the setting should be on Dolphin and affect only the right click
"compress/decompress open location after extraction" behavior inside the file
manager. If you open files directly through Ark, that's a completely different
matter.
