D12558: Don't filter out duplicated entries from places panel

  If there is a duplicate entry in user-places.xbel, then either it is intentional (in which case Dolphin shouldn't meddle with it) or it is not, in which case the user should be made aware of it so they can fix it properly instead of sweeping the issue under the rug.
  
  I'm not sure if this was supposed to fix any concrete problem, since it was committed as part of the fix for an appartently unrelated issue.
