D12558: Don't filter out duplicated entries from places panel

  I know a bit of the background here: the anti-duplicate code was added to ease the transition from Dolphin-specific entries to global KIO-wide entries when Renato did a bunch of work last year to make the places global. The reasoning was that it would be more humane to remove and/or hide duplicates rather than irritate the user following the migration, which could lead to a lack of confidence that the migration was done correctly.
