does konqueror(webkitkde) currently have flash and stream media(quicktime, etc) support?

As I had informed in the webkit mailing list, the latest svn build of
qtwebkit has flash support or waiting for qt4.5 release. so are there anyway
or is it possible that I can use the latest webkit svn build to get my own
webkitkde and webkitpart?
