Changing Konqueror definition slightly in about dialog.

Hi,

I think there are almost as many definitions of Konqueror as there are 
Konqueror users (!). Too many to fit them all in a single sentence. But since 
any user that is looking for a powerful tool with features like network 
transparency and such, will probably not rely on a short description, I think 
it should be OK to sum it up with "Web browser, file manager and document 
viewer".

Not that I have anything to do with K development, but anyway. That's my 
opinion.

By the way, me and a friend of mine have started writing a sort of guide to 
Konqueror, with the ambition to cover the more unusual but great features 
aswell as the features that most users are looking for in web browsing and 
file management. Hopefully, a guide like that will be able to define 
Konqueror more accurately than a oneliner.
