Changing Konqueror definition slightly in about dialog.

Well the thing is that for me, Konqueror (on KDE 4.0) itself will be a web 
browser. It will be able to navigate local files and show documents through 
KParts, but Konqueror itself is a web browser.

From my point of view, that string should be "Web browser".
