Changing Konqueror definition slightly in about dialog.

I second that, totally true!

Altough Konqueror (4.0) is mainly targetted on webbrowsing it has builded an 
extremely strong reputation as a "power-users" tool.

I certainly think we shouldn't remove the filemanagement part out of the 
description because it's previous _target_ use-case (file-browsing) in 4.0 is 
moving out (not anymore a target use-case).

Konqueror builded a strong reputation and with that comes a strong and 
descriptive defenition.

My suggestion:
The Swiss-Army knife of webbrowsing, filemanagement and document viewing.

Especially the use of the Swiss-Army knifge tells people (in a respectfull and 
gentle way) that Konqueror is for powerusers.
