There is a debugger inside KHTML, see
see kdelibs/khtml/ecma/kjs_debugwin.* in 3.x, and
kdelibs/khtml/ecma/debugger in 4.x. It's not very good though, I am
afraid; but some of the limitations might not matter if you use it for
decent code and not stuff on the web...
