reloading/hitting-enter-in-url-bar also work that way in Firefox and MSIE.

I would think it's fine as that's what people seem to expect, even if it's 
somewhat inconsistent with anchor behaviour.

But then is there a real need for a separate key combination/hardReload 
argument?
