I'd very much like Konqueror to handle the reloading (or not) of _images_ in 
the same way as Firefox et al: pressing F5 in Firefox reloads the html but 
*not* the images; pressing Shift+F5 reloads both the html and the images.  
Konqueror, on the other hand, *always* reloads the images, which is rather 
painful on 56k when browsing image-heavy pages where the text changes 
frequently (internet forums and eBay auctions are common cases I run into), 
not too mention inefficient.  Relevant bug report is here:

I discussed it with dfaure a while back and he didn't seem to object to this.  
I'd be happy to tackle this myself when I have time, but would prefer if 
someone could mentor me as the changes I had in mind would break API 
compatibility and I wouldn't want my first KDE submission to be a disaster ;)
