Two possible problems in khtml

Something from IBM, which doesn't let them use the tool on other computers but 
he told me IBM said its ok if the check source code of other programs.

Well the guy is only interested in khtml and krita ( He said he only checked 
those ) . But if you find a way I would send them to him along with khtml.
