  Not exactly.  To be consistent across all konquerors in general.  The goal 
is to make the UI look fairly static except for the advanced features.  Break 
down the most common and virtually required elements and make them stick in 
the same place and look ~consistent for everyone.  Put a real "brand" on the 
UI, in both senses of the word.
