Margin-collapse it might be. The css1/* test cases repeat the test in a table
and that content jumps considerable. And I didn't see this gap with either
mozilla nor IE. I'll prepare a regression run so you can see the flicker when
I'm home. And my plan was to be IE/Opera compatible in what doctypes
we act.
