Intergrating mht file to konqueror

Hi all

Just wanted you to know I have just released the first version of kio_mht for 
testing.

At this point, the html file contained in the mht file is displayed in 
konqueror, you can get the directory listing and copy files.

The catch is that the html file returned by get is converted to a local 
version of the file contained in the mht file (removing remote links to files 
inside the mht and removing <script> blocks). And this is what needs testing.
