problem with J2SE_PREEMPTCLSOE setting for KDE application

hi,

   i am using JDK 1.3.1 for developing my application under linux.


java.sun.com reference bugId=4344135

suggested to set J2SE_PREEMPTCLOSE as 1..

when i invoke konqueror from my application, i raise SIGSEGV and quits.

i don't know how to proceed, further..


please, help me in this regard..
