Just wondering - is this cast still necessary? I think not
+    KHTMLSettings::KJSWindowMovePolicy policy =
+		(KHTMLSettings::KJSWindowMovePolicy)
+		part->settings()->windowMovePolicy(part->url().host());
(the 2nd line). 

Do you want a CVS account to commit and maintain the patch in CVS?
