Wrong Konqueror information in Hiermenus 4.2.3 "releasenotes" ?

Sure, Konqueror also supports "target".
Konqueror is modeled around the DOM, but has _extensions_ to be IE-compatible.
This means, it will run both DOM-compatible code, and IE-compatible code (to a certain extent).
Obviously we recommend using the DOM-specified APIs for any new code being written!

The bit about the event object in the global window object is true, but AFAIK this 
isn't only seen in IE, Mozilla does the same, doesn't it?
