Too large tables?

Hi people,

I'm looking at Linuxtoday.com and one of the weird thing I see is that fixed 
fonts making konqueror window scrollable in places that it shouldn't.. 
(Konqueror on KDE 3.0 final)

In the screenshot - Konqueror is the window above and mozilla (1.0 CVS) is 
behind - both are exact size windows and the same fixed fonts I'm using - 
Arial.
